  • 7 oz. chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 T. salted butter, room temperature
  • 3 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 C. heavy cream
  • 1 T. honey

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Finely chop the chocolate. Add the chopped chocolate, butter, heavy cream and honey into a saucepan over medium heat. Mix the combination constantly; this step is vital. Once the mixture is glossy pour it into the parchment lined baking sheet. Set the pan aside for 3 hours. Pour the cocoa powder into a small bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. With an ice cream scooper, scoop out balls of the mixture. Coat the ball with the cocoa powder. Repeat the process until the mixture is gone. Serve and enjoy.
