Easy Crescent Roll Caprese Foccacia

- 1/2 C. fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 C. fresh thyme sprigs
- 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 package of fresh cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 C. shredded mozzarella
- 1/8 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 1 can (12 oz) Pillsbury
- Store bought balsamic
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove dough from container and separate into 10 biscuits. On an ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each biscuit on a 3-inch circle. Make serval indentations with your finger on top of each biscuit.
Mix together the basil leaves, thyme, oil, and minced garlic together in a small mixing bowl. Place a tablespoon of the mixture on each indentation. Place a few slices cherry tomato on top of the mixture and then sprinkle on the shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled drizzle the balsamic on top and enjoy.
