This recipe is perfect for a night you don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. It uses premade ingredients to keep you from too much prep and is made in the crockpot for no stress, one-pot cooking!

  • 1 (25 oz.) pkg. frozen beef ravioli
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Dump half the pasta sauce into the bottom of the crockpot. Add in the frozen ravioli and cover with the pasta and tomato sauce. Top with the diced red pepper and season with Italian seasonings. Mix well, cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or until the ravioli are tender. During the last 20 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the pasta with the mozzarella cheese and continue to cook until the cheese is melted.
