  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 C. beef broth
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp.paprika
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tsp. kitchen bouquet

Put the meat in the crockpot. In a small dish, mix the flour, salt, and pepper. Pour the flour mixture over the beef and stir to coat. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 hours on low or 4 to 6 hours on high. Before serving, stir thoroughly.
