  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 pepperoncini peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp. tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp. slat
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

In a crockpot, add the tomatoes, celery, shallots, pepperoncini, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and oil. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Serve on top of toasted bread or in a bowl for dipping.
