Easy Crockpot Spicy Pulled Pork
Serving Size / Yield
- 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Water as needed
Rub the seasoning all over the pork and place in your crockpot.
Pour in the BBQ sauce and adobo sauce. Top with onion and garlic.
Pour in enough water to cover the bottom half of the pork shoulder.
Cook on low heat until the meat becomes tender and starts to fall apart, roughly 7 hours.
Shred the meat in the crockpot and serve, preferably on warm sandwich buns.
