Easy Delicious Trout
Ingredients
- 6 cleaned trout
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Italian breadcrumbs, as needed
- 4 eggs, beaten until fluffy
- 1 pkg. grated Romano Cheese
- 3 lemons
Directions
Clean trout then open the stomach up and place a small amount of chopped garlic in the trout. Dip into fluffy eggs, then dip into bread crumbs. Fry about 4 minutes on each side. Turn the oven on low, and place the cooked trout on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle some Romano cheese on it, place a couple of slices of lemon on it and place in oven. Repeat until you have used all the trout. Serve with some grilled garlic asparagus and a small salad.
