Easy Egg Bake
Ingredients
- 6 lg. eggs
- 4 slices bread or 2 bagels
- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 lb. ground sausage meat
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Grease a 9x12-inch baking dish and line with bread. Cook sausage, drain, crumble and sprinkle on top of bread. Mix liquids (milk, eggs, and vanilla) together and pour into dish. Top with cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, and place in a 350-degree oven for 40 minutes or until solid. Slice to serve.
