  • 4 C. chicken stock
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. ginger, grounded
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 C. creamed corn
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Whisk together the chicken stock, cornstarch, garlic powder, and ginger in a medium saucepan. While this is happening, mix together the eggs and egg whites in a small bowl. Once the broth reaches a boil turn off the stove top. Slowly pour in the egg into the soup. Add in the sesame oil, green onion and creamed corn. Season it with salt and pepper. Serve with green onions and enjoy!
