Easy Eggs Benedict With Canadian Bacon and Yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 English muffins, split, toasted and buttered
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices bacon, fried
- 4 oz. Canadian bacon, cooked and sliced
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tsp. cream
- 1/4 C. plain yogurt, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Place a slice of Swiss on each muffin half. Cut bacon slices in thirds and place on each muffin. Place a slice of Canadian bacon top. Spray each section of microwave container with non-stick spray. Put one egg in each and mix with 1 tsp. cream, salt and pepper. Place each egg in the microwave and cook for 1 minute. Pour a small scoop of yogurt on top.
