Easy Enchiladas

I don't remember where I got this recipe. The guys down at the firehouse and my family just loves when I make these. I add a side salad to go with the enchiladas. This makes a very hearty meal.

  • 1 pkg. frozen burritos (10 count)
  • 1 large can green enchalada sauce
  • Cheese to sprinkle on top
  • Sour cream to garnish

Spray large baking pan - bigger than 13x9 - with Pam or what you have on hand. Pour half of green enchalada sauce on bottom of pan. Place frozen burritos on green sauce and roll to coat on both sides. Cover burritos with other half of green sauce. Cover with foil and place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Take foil off and sprinkle cheese on top. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and your side salad.
