  • Oil for frying
  • 10 pickle spears
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T. water
  • 1 C. breadcrumbs
  • 1 T. seasoning blend

In a large skillet, heat oil. In a large ziplock bag, toss together flour and pickles until evenly coated. In a medium bowl, mix egg and water. In another ziplock bag, add breadcrumbs and seasoning. Put pickles in egg mixture and transfer to breadcrumb mixture. Shake lightly. Carefully place pickles on heated skillet and fry until golden brown. Remove and let grease drain on paper towels.
