Easy Fruit-Infused Water
Serving Size / Yield
- Filtered Water
- Fresh Mint Leaves (handful)
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Lime
- 3-5 Strawberries
- Blueberries (handful)
- 1 Kiwi
Fruit-infused water is about as simple as a recipe can be.
1) In a water bottle, mason jar, or pitcher (for large portion), place your mint leaves.
2) Slice any combination of the fruit listed above (or any of your favorite NOT listed).
3) Place the sliced fruit into the container with the mint leaves and add cold, filtered water. You should let the fruit and water fuse for at least 30 minutes before drinking. The longer they fuse, the stronger the flavor.
*I suggest orange, lemon, lime for a tart citrus infusion; and the strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries for a rich, berry-full flavor.
