Easy Grilled Mahi Mahi with Pineapple Salsa
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb. mahi mahi, cut into fillets
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 limes, juiced and zested
- pineapple salsa
- items for tacos (sour cream, tortillas, lettuce, tomato, etc)
Marinate the mahi mahi for at least 30 minutes in the lime juice and zest, salt, and pepper.
Grill over high heat for about 5 minutes total (the lime juice will have cured the fish so don't worry about undercooking).
After the fish has finished cooking, assemble tacos.
