Easy Grilled Salmon
Serving Size / Yield
- 8 salmon fillets
- 1 Tbs. lemon pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 lb. green beans
- Lemon wedge
After washing fillets, rub both sides with lemon pepper and salt.
Drizzle with olive oil and both sides and grill for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it reaches desired doneness.
Place green beans in a skillet and bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until beans start to soften, about 5 minutes.
Serve salmon and green beans warm.
