  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cans cream of shrimp soup (condensed)
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz) pkg. green peas, thawed
  • 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 C. french fried onion rings
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • pepper

Grill or broil the salmon until they are almost done. Cook the egg noodles as directed on the package until they are al dente, then drain and set aside. Mix the peas, sour cream, soup, pepper, and milk in another bowl. Add half of the onion rings and the noodles. Flake the salmon to remove any skin and bones and add the meat to the bowl. Pour this into a greased baking dish and cover loosely with foil. Grill casserole for 20 minutes over medium heat. Uncover, add the rest of the onion rings, and return the pan to the oven to brown the topping. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
