Easy Ground Sirloin Burgers
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 lb. ground sirloin (85/15)
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- dill pickle slices
Slice the burger buns open and butter them on both sides
Mix the sirloin with the sauce, salt and pepper and shape into 4 burger patties.
Grill the burgers over a moderate heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Grill the burger bun on both sides until toasted.
Layer the burger inside the bun with the dill pickles and toast again.
