These healthy, simple wraps make the perfect finger food! For a bit more bite, drizzle the wraps with balsamic vinegar instead of plain oil. For more pieces cut the wraps into thirds or fourths, rather than just in half.

  • 5 (8-in.) corn tortillas
  • 25 slices ham steak
  • 2 1/2 avocados
  • 5 medium roma tomatoes
  • 5 Tbs. red onions, chopped
  • 1 1/4 C. spinach
  • 2 1/2 tsp. oil

Chop the tomatoes, onions, and avocados. Divide the ham equally between each tortilla and top with equal portions of the vegetable mixture. Drizzle the wraps with oil. Fold the wrap and cut in half.
