Easy Healthy Smoothies
- Per smoothie:
- 3/4 C. non-fat plain yogurt
- 3 Tbs. milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 C. fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or fruit of your choice)
Blend all ingredients, pour into cup. Taste to see if you want to add more of a certain ingredient.
If making ahead of time, let chill in the refrigerator overnight.
If using an immersion blender, layer ingredients in a large wide cup so you can blend all ingredients.
