Easy Hungarian Goulash Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked ground beef, drained
- 3 lg. cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 lg. green pepper, sliced in strips, or chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 whole bay leaf
- 3 Tbs. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds(can be omitted)
- 2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 cups water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 8 oz. pkgs. sour cream
Directions
In a large pot, combine all ingredients EXCEPT the sour cream. Simmer slowly for 20-30 minutes, add noodles and cook another 10 minutes until tender. Remove the bay leaf. Taste and adjust garlic and salt to taste, Stir in sour cream and serve.
