  • two 15-oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • one 15-oz. can red kidney beans, drained
  • one 15-oz. can cannelloni beans, drained
  • two 15-oz. cans great northern beans, drained
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • one 1-oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp. prepared minced garlic
  • 1/2 C. beef broth

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
