Easy Lemon Cake

- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 can lemon pudding and pie filling
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 C. butter or margarine
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 3 C. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbs. milk, cream or half-and-half
Mix together lemon cake mix, lemon pudding and pie filling and eggs and put in greased cake sheet pan or half pan. It should be sticky and hard to spread. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. While baking make cream cheese.
Cream butter, lemon flavoring and cream cheese. Slowly add powdered sugar until very thick. Then add half and half, cream or milk to spreading consistency. Let frosting set up. Frost cake with cream cheese frosting when cool.
