Easy Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- Filling:
- 1/2 C. lemon juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- Meringue:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. powdered sugar
Directions
Crust:
Combine ingredients. Press into bottom of pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Filling:
Blend ingredients together. Pour into crust.
Meringue:
Use a mixer on medium or high and mix egg whites until fluffy. Add vanilla and powdered sugar until thick. Place on top of filling in pie pan. Form peaks. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until meringue is browned. Refrigerate until cool.
