This low-carb breakfast bake, makes staying on track easy! The leftovers are great for lunches and microwave well. This recipe can easily be prepped the night before and left in the refrigerator. The next morning, all you have to do is pour into a baking pan and slide into the oven!

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup smoked Gouda cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 10 strips crispy bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced onion or chives
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degress. Mix everything but the cheedar cheese in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Bake in the oven untill cooked through, solid, and brown on top.
