Easy Mac & Cheese
- 2 C. small elbow elbow macaroni
- 1 8-oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese slices
- 2 6-oz. cans V8 juice
- 4 hot dogs cut into small slices
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until almost done. Add sliced hot dogs the last 2 minutes and cook until macaroni is done, and drain. Add half the macaroni and hot dog mixture to a 2-qt. microwavable dish. Top with 4 slices of cheese, and pour 1 can of the V8 juice over the top. Repeat with other half of macaroni mixture. Pour the other can of V8 juice and top with last 4 slices of cheese. Microwave for 5 minutes at 50% power. Let stand for 2 minutes, stir and serve.
