  • 2 C. sugar
  • ½ C. skim milk
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ C. butter
  • ¾ C. marshmallow cream
  • 1 package of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 ¾ C. macadamia nuts, divided

In a saucepan combine the sugar, milk, vanilla and butter over a medium heat. Stir constantly. Add in the marshmallow cream and milk chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture. Top it with macadamia nuts. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Cut and enjoy!
