- ½ C. butter
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 C. flour
- Colored icing and candy eyeballs for decorating

Preheat the oven for 40 degrees. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together. In a standing mixer, cream the sugar and butter together. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix well. Combine the butter mixture with the flour mixture. Dust the dough with a little more flour and form the dough into 18 ovals. Flatten the ovals and pinch the sides up to form a horn shape. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes and let them cool. Ice the cookies and decorate them!
