  • 1 1/2 cup half and half
  • 3 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk (sweetened)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • pinch of chili powder
  • pinch of sea salt

Add everything to the crockpot and whisk thoroughly. Cook on low for 2 hours or until fragrant. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, if desired.
