  • 1 lbs chicken breast
  • Juice from 3 limes
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Place the chicken in a large plastic container with a lid and toss with the lime juice and garlic.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
