Easy Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
- two 15-oz. cans Italian stewed tomatoes
- two 16-oz. pkgs. frozen vegetable and pasta-seasoned sauce
- three 14-oz. cans beef broth
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- two 15-oz. cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
Directions
In a large sprayed slow cooker, combine tomatoes, vegetables, broth, celery, potatoes, Italian seasoning, kidney beans, garlic, and 1 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
