Easy No-Bake Key Lime Pie
Serving Size / Yield
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 container cream cheese
- 1 can condensed sweetened milk
- 1 brick cream cheese
- 1 pre-made, store-bought graham cracker crust
- Lime zest and a few lime slices for decoration
- Whipped cream
Soften the cream cheese and then place in a bowl with the sweetened condensed milk.
Mix with an electric hand mixer. Start on low and increase speed until everything is well combined and creamy.
Slowly add in the key lime juice and blend on low until it’s all used up. Make sure it’s completely smooth and combined.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
Decorate and serve.
