  • 1 sweet onion, cut into quarters
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
  • .4 oz dry vegetable soup mix
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz sour cream

Combine garlic and onion in food processor until finely chopped. Add artichoke hearts and continue to process until chopped. Add spinach, soup mix, and parmesan cheese and process until blended. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in food processor until smooth, and add to artichoke mixture and serve.
