Easy Oreo Truffles
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. melting chocolate or chips
In food processor: combine cookies and cream cheese until well-combined. If you don't have a food processor, crush the cookies real fine first. Line cookie sheet with wax paper or foil. Roll into small to medium balls and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate at least 1 hour but if longer, cover with plastic wrap. Melt chocolate in double burner or in small batches in the microwave. Be careful not to burn it. Once the chocolate is melted, stir with spoon to make sure everything is incorporated. Drop balls a couple at a time and cover completely. Place back on cookie sheet and repeat. Refrigerate another 30 minutes or longer. Store in air-tight container or baggies.
