Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef stew chopped into bite size cubes
  • ¼ C. whole wheat flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 yellow onion diced fine
  • 1 C. beef broth
  • ½ C. water
  • 3 russet potatoes chopped into large chunks
  • 4 carrots diced fine

Directions

Place meat in crockpot and set aside. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, make the beef is evenly covered. Cover, and let cook on low setting for 10-12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours. Serve Warm.
