Easy-Peel Hard Boiled Eggs
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 C. water
- 1 dozen eggs (fresh or older are fine)
Place the steam basket into the pressure cooker and pour the water into the bottom.
Lay the eggs into the steamer basket. Lock the lid and bring to Low Pressure setting. Set the cooking timer for 6 minutes.
After 6 minutes, remove the pressure cooker from the heat and allow to decompress naturally. Remove lid once pressure has released.
Using tongs, remove the eggs from the pressure cooker and place into a bath of ice water. This will aid peeling. Peel and serve.
