Easy-Peel Hard Boiled Eggs

Hard boiled eggs are one of my addictions. I hate peeling them though, because most of the white gets lost in the process. By using a pressure cooker, not only do you save time in this recipe, but the pressure causes the pocker of air between the white and the shell to inflate, which means that peeling will be a cinch!

Place the steam basket into the pressure cooker and pour the water into the bottom.

Lay the eggs into the steamer basket. Lock the lid and bring to Low Pressure setting. Set the cooking timer for 6 minutes.

After 6 minutes, remove the pressure cooker from the heat and allow to decompress naturally. Remove lid once pressure has released.

Using tongs, remove the eggs from the pressure cooker and place into a bath of ice water. This will aid peeling. Peel and serve.
