Easy Pork Chop Bake

After discovering that I could use cream of chicken soup as a base for many delicious meals, I tried this one. It tastes wonderful!

Ingredients

  • 2-4 pork chops(any kind)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/4 C. Dale's Cooking Sauce & Marinade
  • 1 tsp. cooking oil
  • cooking spray

Directions

Brown pork chops in cooking oil. Spray a 2-qt. covered casserole with cooking spray. Then combine soup, water, and Dale's sauce in the casserole. Mix well. When pork chops are browned on both sides, place them in the mixture. Cook covered at 350 degreesĀ for 1 hour.

Tip: Don't season the pork chops with anything when you brown them. The Dale's has plenty of salt already, and if you're not careful, you'll get them too salty (like I almost did the first time I cooked this dinner).
