  • 36 wonton wrappers
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 3 oz. mushrooms, diced
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 T. hoisin
  • 1 T. ginger, grated
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 C. green cabbage, shredded
  • ΒΌ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sriracha
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil

In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients together, expect for the wonton wrappers. Set aside once mixed well. Take the wonton wrappers, one at a time and rub the edges of the wonton wrappers with water. Place a spoonful of mixture into the wonton wrapper. Seal it by pinching the edges. Repeat the process with the remaining wonton wrappers. In a skillet, over medium heat brown the potstickers. It should take 3-5 minutes. Dip in soy sauce. Serve and enjoy.
