Easy Roast Beef
Ingredients
- 2-4 lb. rump roast
- 1 package Lipton onion soup (dry)
- 2 or 3 pats of margarine
Directions
Place roast in large aluminum wrap. Add soup mix and several tsp. of water. Place pats of butter on top of meat; crimp the aluminum around the meat. Place in roasting pan. Bake for 40 min. per lb. of meat. Quick, easy clean up.
