  • 9 T. butter
  • 32 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 T. golden syrup
  • 8 oz. chocolate chip cookies
  • 1 ½ C. mini marshmallows
  • ½ C. nuts, chopped

Place the chopped chocolate in a heat safe bowl. Set aside. Melt the butter and syrup in a saucepan. Add in the chopped chocolate. Mix until the mixture is smooth. Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan. Break the chocolate chips and sprinkle them over the mixture. Add an even layer of the marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
