  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. water
  • 1/3 C. breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can of beef gravy

Mix the ground beef, water, breadcrumbs, chopped onion and beaten egg. Form mixture into small patties. Cook with vegetable oil over medium heat in a skillet. Pour can of beef gravy over the cooked patties. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans. Enjoy.
