Easy Salmon Burgers

- 1 lb. salmon fillet, deskinned
- 2 Tbs. red onion, choped
- 2 Tbs. cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
In a food processor, process the salmon until it is well-ground. Remove into a large bowl. Add the onion, cilantro, ginger, salt, and pepper. Using your hands, mix. Form four patties and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the burgers until brown on both sides and cooked through, about five minutes.
Serve on toasted buns with traditional burger toppings.
