Preheat the oven at 350F.
In a food processor, pulse together the graham crackers, melted butter, and light brown sugar until the crumbs become moistened. Place the crumbs into a 9 inch glass or metal pie plate. Let it bake for 10 minutes or until it is lightly brown. Let the crust cool.
Increase the temperature to 425F.
In a separate 9 by 13 inch baking dish, add the 2 cans of condensed milk and sprinkle ½ teaspoon of Fleur de sel. Cover the dish with foil and place it in a roasting pan. Fill up one-third of the roasting pan with hot water. Let the condensed milk bake for 2 hours. Make sure to check and stir the caramel filling every 30 minutes. Add more water to the roasting pan if necessary.
When the caramel filling appears smooth and thick, transfer it over to pie crust and smooth out the top. Spray vegetable oil on the plastic wrap and cover the pie. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
