Easy Seafood Chowder
Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 pkg. mashed potato flakes
- 20 sm. red potatoes
- 2 cans tiny shrimp (or fresh)
- 1 cans crabmeat (or fresh)
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1 Tbs. parsley (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Note: you can add whatever canned or fresh seafood you like to this soup
Directions
Mix broth, potato flakes, red potatoes and onion, and bring to a boil. Boil until potatoes are done. Add the cans of seafood (or fresh) and season with salt and pepper. Warm seafood and serve with crackers.
