Easy Skillet Salmon

Serving Size / Yield
- 2 tsp Oil
- 4 Salmon fillets
- ¾ Cup skim milk
- Philadelphia light spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs
- ½ Cup cucumber, chopped
- 2 Tbs dill
Heat oil before adding salmon to skillet.
Combine milk and cream cheese until cream cheese is melted and well blended. Stir in cucumbers and dill.
Serve salmon topped with the warm cheese sauce.
