Easy Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can beef broth
- 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak strips
- 2-3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbs. ketchup
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- Cooked egg noodles
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often. Remove meat and add onions to skillet and cook until translucent. If using cooked roast, start with cooking onions. Add soup, broth, Worcestershire, ketchup, mushrooms, and meat. Heat to a simmer and cook about 15 minutes stirring often. Add sour cream. Heat through. Serve over hot noodles. Add salad, bread and enjoy.
