Easy Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 boneless pork chops
- 18 oz. jar apricot preserves
- 1 C. Italian salad dressing
Directions
Place pork chops in baking dish. Spread preserves over the pork chops. Pour salad dressing over the preserves. Cover with foil and bake at 375 until tender.
