Easy Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 lbs. boneless round steak
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 8-10 medium new potatoes, unpeeled and halved
- 1 C. baby carrots
- 1 onion, sliced
- one 15-oz. can stewed tomatoes
- one 12-oz. jar beef gravy
Directions
Cut steak in 6-8 serving-size pieces, season with seasoned salt and pepper, then brown in a skillet over medium heat. Layer steak pieces, potatoes, carrots, and onions in slow cooker. In a bowl, combine tomatoes and beef gravy. Spoon over vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
