Easy Taco Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless breast halves
- one 1-oz. pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 C. salsa
- 1/2 C. sour cream
Directions
Spray a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray, place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker and add 1/4 cup water. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over chicken and top with salsa. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. When ready to serve, remove chicken breasts and place on a platter. Stir sour cream into salsa and spoon over chicken breasts.
