Easy Teriyaki Chicken

Served over hot rice with a green vegetable, you've got a full meal!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb. skinless chicken pieces
  • 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
  • Dash of ground ginger
  • 1 C. teriyaki sauce

Directions

Place chicken in the crockpot. Pour remaining ingredients on top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (4-5 hours if using boneless chicken breasts).

  • Commenting on the question concerning the juice from the pineapple. I would say use some of it or all of it, if you would like more juice. If you find that it is too runny to serve as a sauce, use a little corn starch and water to thicken for a nice glaze. Hope this helps
