Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 box Rice-a-Roni Spanish Rice mix
- 1 med. head of cabbage, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1 64 oz. can tomato juice
Directions
Chop cabbage and spread out in a large casserole dish. Mix the rice mix and seasonings, uncooked, with the hamburger. Form into meatballs and lay on the chopped cabbage. Pour the tomato juice over the meatball / cabbage mixture. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 2 hours, or until cabbage is tender and meatballs are fully cooked.
